We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping — flat $12.99 per order, estimated 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping — flat $24.99 per order, estimated 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping — automatically applied on orders over $150
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.
Returns & Refunds
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault, and to a repair or replacement for minor faults. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll sort a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
